Membership to FundMyHome.org requires a Non-Refundable $59.00 Setup Fee (payable by credit card at check-out) to Real Estate Mortgage Grants and Down Payment Assistance, Inc a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. Nevertheless, the Approval and Activation of your Membership is subject to the successful completion of your Orientation Call.
CONTINUING COST OF MEMBERSHIP
Associate Members are provided with a Standard Back-Office. Alternatively, a PREMIUM BACK-OFFICE for $9.99 per MONTH is available to all Associate Members and payable separately and directly to a third party Back-Office service provider. FundMyHome.org does not receive or handle said payment.
$49.00 Monthly Maintenance Fee This Fee is payroll deducted by FundMyHome.org. This is a performance based company. This Fee will only be deducted from your payroll when you earn sufficient income to pay it.
To ensure success, FundMyHome.org seeks High-Performance individuals who are Ready Willing and Able to learn our company's processes. To ensure efficient participation in our Housing Movement, Documentable Knowledge and Proficiency is required as a condition for continuing membership...... As such, in an effort to help you acquire proper training, all Associate Members are required to partake in FundMyHome.org's Continuing Education. There is ZERO COST to partake in FundMyHome.org's Continuing Education.
